but the answer is no. There are no cheat days. cheat days could be extremely
harmful since one wrong meal could throw you off balance and set you back 20
days of sticking to your routine. "There has to be perfect
loyalty"
Drink
3-4 litres of hot water throughout the day at a temperature that's "a
little hotter than lukewarm". add some cinnamon powder to the water or
sometimes adds lemon powder in it with a dash of honey. "The more water
you have, "the more you flush out all the toxic stuff that’s there in your
body."
One
needs to be patient while waiting for the results to show. "It all depends
on your metabolism". "There will be times when you plateau, but those
are the times when you have to hold on to your ground and not give up."
The
first step is to be aware of your physical self and not give up on it. Having

people tend to take their body for granted as they age, "After 40, men

one needs, is to get into the discipline of fitness. When one reaches a certain
fitness level, one can change one's regimen and one's food habits. Once you get
there, "Change the kind of stuff that you’re eating completely, move that
out and start eating something else, but, in the right proportion at the right
time."
"Take
care of your body, it is the only place where you have to live, "it has to
be tidy, neat and clean." I believes that when you look your best, you
feel the best, and you do your best. And if you pay attention to your fitness,
"Rest everything in your life, will fall into place in the best possible
way."
